How can I contact you?

We welcome feedback and enquiries please send us an email directly at info@yellowdiva.com we endeavour to get back within 24 business hours or sooner. Please note our office hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm aest

Do I have to create an account to place an order?

Creating an account is optional. Customers can choose to create an account but it's not mandatory for checkout. If you do have an account and you’re logged in, then your address fields are pre-filled when you place an order.

Can I pick up in store?

If you prefer to collect in person you may elect to pick up in store. Our studio is 10 mins from Melbourne's CBD. Collection times are by arrangement, strictly between 11am & 3pm Monday-Friday. We will notify you once your order is ready to collect so you can arrange a convenient day to come in.

Do you ship internationally?

Our online shop offers delivery throughout Australia. We are always pleased to ship further afield, please contact the studio directly if you wish to make an international purchase. 

What size should I order?

Our stools come in a variety of heights to suit different applications. Please ensure you select the correct product for your needs, as exchanges of custom coloured items are not possible.

As a rule of thumb, 450mmH stools are for use with a standard table; 650mmH stools suit a 900mmH kitchen bench; 750mmH stools are commercial bar height for use with a 1050mmH benchtop.

Which payment methods does Yellow Diva accept?

You may chose to make your payment by Visa, MasterCard, and American Express debit and credit cards through Shopify Payments or select PayPal Express checkout.

Why do some online products have a lead time of several weeks?

Yellow Diva products are often available in a variety of colours. In order to provide a wider choice, we hold the raw components in stock, to be custom finished and assembled to order. Please check the lead time for each product before you place your order.

Why do certain items have no price listed?

Products that do not have a price displayed are often upholstered pieces that benefit from some discussion around fabric choices etc in advance of ordering. These items are presented with an Enquire Now button to start the dialogue. Quotations will be provided on request, including delivery.
